As you may be aware, the Champion's Mind application, is owned by a company called Never Settle for Silver Ltd (the "Company"). By Order of Ms. Justice O'Regan of the High Court dated 4 December, 2023, I was appointed Official Liquidator of the Company.

In my role as Liquidator, I have attempted to sell the assets of the Company, however this has not been possible. I am now in the process of closing the application. Accordingly, I am hereby notifying you that the Company has ceased trading and the application will no longer be available within 7 days of this notice.
